Remove a connection

Open My accounts, choose Manage next to the account and select Remove account. This deletes its saved connection and credentials from Screenstuck. For brand YouTube analytics, open your brand workspace, select Accounts and choose Disconnect.

Revoke platform access

Remove Screenstuck from the platform’s connected-app settings. This stops its authorization. Removing a creator connection in Screenstuck does not by itself revoke platform-wide permissions.

Request deletion

Email contact@screenstuck.com with the subject “Screenstuck data deletion”. Include your Studio email, platform and profile link, and whether you want a connection, your account or particular submissions deleted. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents.

We may ask you to confirm ownership through your registered email or an existing authenticated account. We handle verified deletion requests within seven days. You can send a request even if you cannot sign in.

What happens next

We remove the requested account data and credentials, subject to applicable legal obligations. Removing a teammate does not delete the brand’s collection. Withdrawing a clip removes its Screenstuck listing, while an agreed content licence and records needed to document permissions may continue as explained in the Terms. Deletion from Screenstuck does not delete your original social post.
