The service

Momentist, Inc. operates Screenstuck, a free site for discovering brand collections and viewing community clips shared with permission. These terms apply to your use of screenstuck.com.

Clips and rights

You may watch clips on the site and share their page links. Footage, audio, games, film and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners. Our distribution permission does not grant you a licence to download, republish or commercially reuse them, except where applicable law permits.

Submitting a clip: Content Licence

By clicking “Send clip” or “Add to review”, you agree to these Terms of Use, including the Content Licence below. “The selected brand” means the brand identified on your submission screen. The accepted copy names that brand. The licence covers original uploads and other material you submit, and takes effect when you accept and submit it. It does not expand anyone’s rights in third-party source-platform content that you do not control.

I retain ownership of my submitted video, audio, images, captions and other submitted material (the Content). I grant Momentist, Inc., the operator of Screenstuck, and the selected brand each a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable and sublicensable licence, for the duration of the applicable intellectual property rights and irrevocable to the extent permitted by law, to use the Content for their lawful business purposes. This includes hosting, storing, copying, reproducing, publishing, displaying, performing, distributing and commercially using the Content; advertising, promotion and marketing in any media or channel; analysing the Content and its performance for business, audience and product insights; and editing, cropping, reformatting, translating, subtitling, dubbing, adapting, combining and creating derivative works from it. They may exercise these rights themselves or through their agencies, service providers, partners and sublicensees, without further approval or payment. I confirm that I own or control the rights needed to grant this licence, including rights in music and other third-party material and any permissions required for people's image, voice or likeness, and that I am authorised to act for any rights holder I represent. Withdrawing the submission removes it from the Screenstuck review queue and public collection, but does not revoke this licence or require permitted business uses or existing copies outside that collection to be withdrawn. This licence does not waive non-waivable moral, privacy, data-protection or other statutory rights. Personal data remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law; this content licence is not consent to unrelated personal-data processing. I have read and agree to this Content Licence and the Terms of Use.

Licence version: business-content-2026-09-10-v1. We record the exact wording, selected brand, your account and the acceptance time. Earlier submissions retain their original permission. This change does not retrospectively grant broader rights.

Submission does not guarantee approval, publication, compensation or a commercial relationship. You can withdraw a submission in My clips to remove its Screenstuck listing. The agreed business licence continues as described above. Contact us about retained files or statutory rights. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

External links

Links such as “Subscribe on YouTube” open another service, where its own terms and privacy policy apply. Opening a link does not automatically subscribe you. Any subscription action is completed on that service.

Using the site

Do not misuse the service, disrupt playback for others, bypass security controls or use it unlawfully. Clips and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Studio accounts and teams

Keep your sign-in account secure. Workspace owners control teammate access and connected accounts, and are responsible for granting appropriate roles. Publish only videos and calls to action you have permission to use. Invitations are intended for the specified email address. Removing a teammate ends their workspace access but does not remove workspace content.

YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and X

Screenstuck supports video links, source embeds, account ownership checks and, where enabled, authorized account connections from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and X. Google sign-in opens your Screenstuck account. Connecting a publishing account is a separate choice. Available features depend on the platform, account type, approved permissions and service availability.

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to represent. By selecting a connection and completing its authorization screen, you instruct Screenstuck to access the information covered by the permissions you approve for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not ask for your platform password. A public bio code is an alternative ownership check and does not grant access to private account data.

The integration uses YouTube API Services. By using Screenstuck’s YouTube API features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of Instagram, TikTok and X remains subject to the applicable platform’s own terms and privacy policy.

These terms do not override platform rules, transfer ownership of platform names or logos, grant us unrestricted rights to platform data or imply endorsement by any platform. Platform authorization does not itself grant a licence to redistribute a video, its music or other third-party material. The Content Licence applies only to material you submit and have the rights to license.

Connections used for ownership and reporting are read-only. They do not authorize Screenstuck to post, send messages, subscribe, follow, edit or delete content on your social accounts. Adding or editing a clip in Studio changes the Screenstuck copy. It does not change your original platform post.

Brand YouTube analytics requires separate channel authorization. Reports depend on provider availability, reporting delays and the permissions granted. They do not guarantee creator growth or prove that a particular viewer subscribed. Screenstuck viewing analytics and source-platform analytics are separate measurements.

You can remove a creator connection in My accounts and manage brand channel connections in the brand workspace. You can also revoke permissions in the platform’s app settings. See data deletion instructions for removing stored data. A disconnected integration may stop providing verification or reporting.

Updates

We post changes here with a revised effective date. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
